In Arizona, a child is removed from a family every 40 minutes. Nearly 90% of these could be prevented if parents had the support they need.
Arizona Republic reporting on Department of Child Safety 2017

Here's how we are changing Foster Care in the State of Arizona

Safe housing is so critical for families and individuals in crisis. We offer houses in the community that have been built especially to meet the needs of families in foster care crisis as well as housing for age-out youth that focuses on fostering independence.
We’ve found that faith plays a large role in the lives of families and individual who are in crisis. To help meet the needs of the families and individuals we serve, we offer bible study, faith support groups and church services at our partner churches.

Very often a child is removed from a family due to that family not having the resources to meet the basic needs of the child. We’ve found that in most cases a family that has in-home, wrap around supportive services can be empowered to meet all of the Department of Child Safety criteria and can actually keep their children. Every day our Thrive Truck is on a mission to deliver as many beds, refrigerators, furniture and hope to as many families as we can. On a typical month our case workers have over 100 families that we are actively working with to make the family safe and to keep the children at home. We firmly believe that a family with hope can Thrive!
We provide in-community and wrap around case management services to families and individuals who are in crisis. We regularly work with Department of Child Safety case workers to help identify families in crisis and we use our case managers and support fleet to provide the in-home needs they have to keep the children in the home. For age-out foster care youth, we provide specialized housing and supportive services that seek to create thriving young men and women who are independent and self-sustaining.
We’re proud to report that our 2017 Quality Assurance Report showed that age-out foster care program graduates had a 75% Success Rate that held for at least one year after they completed the program. We measure 15 variables in 3 key areas of life to determine our success rate. This rate came by way of a 47% program completion rate, a 31% transfer to higher level of care rate, and a 22% drop out / relapse rate.

It's easier than you may think to help someone in our Foster Care Program to rebuild their life.
